Follow-Up Shifts with Gravity Sheets

Gravity Sheets brings the option to automate customer service follow-up shifts to TSheets.

The service you provide is the huge decision maker of whether or not your customer had a great experience with your company. Customer service is not only returning phone calls or returning emails. Customer service is also making sure your customers are happy with the work your company provided the customer.

Gravity Sheets provides an automated mapping feature to created follow-up shifts with the use of our TSheets API Special Mapping Fields. When a customer fills out your Gravity Form they schedule their service date (TSheets Shift) and schedule their Follow-Up both in TSheets. You as the business owner just need to assign a technician for the service call and a customer service rep for the follow-up call.
