Customer service is also making sure your customers are happy with the work your company provided the customer.
Gravity Sheets provides an automated mapping feature to created follow-up shifts with the use of our TSheets API Special Mapping Fields. When a customer fills out your Gravity Form they schedule their service date (TSheets Shift) and schedule their Follow-Up both in TSheets. You as the business owner just need to assign a technician for the service call and a customer service rep for the follow-up call.
